Our Services

We provide digital and IT-related services, including Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Management, Reddit SEO, Website Development, Creative UI/UX Design, Logo Design, and Branding Strategy.

The scope of each project, including deliverables, timelines, revisions, and requirements, will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.

Project timelines may be affected by delays in receiving required information, content, access, approvals, feedback, or other materials from the client.

Payments

We may require payment in advance before beginning a project or service. Available payment methods may include PayPal, Stripe, Wise, bank transfer, or other payment methods agreed upon between us and the client.

Third-party expenses, including hosting, domains, premium plugins, software licenses, stock assets, APIs, or other external services, may be charged separately unless included in the agreed scope.

Refund Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where a client wishes to cancel a project or request a refund. Refunds are considered according to the nature of the service, the amount of work completed, and the stage of the project.

Payment does not automatically guarantee a refund once work has begun.

Logo Design, Branding & UI/UX Design

For design-related projects:

• If a refund is requested before work begins, up to 90% of the amount paid may be refunded.
• If work has started but initial concepts have not yet been delivered, up to 50% may be refunded, depending on the work completed.
• Once initial concepts have been delivered, up to 25% may be refunded, depending on the stage of the project.
• Once a concept has been approved, revisions have been requested, or substantial design work has been completed, a refund may no longer be available.
• No refund will normally be provided after final files or completed deliverables have been delivered.

If a refund is approved after concepts or work have been provided, the client must discontinue use of any refunded concepts or materials.

Website Development

For website development projects:

• If cancellation occurs before development work begins, up to 90% may be refunded.
• If development has started but substantial development has not been completed, up to 50% may be refunded, depending on the work already performed.
• Once a substantial portion of the website has been developed, the refund may be limited to 25% or less based on the completed work.
• No refund will normally be available after substantial completion, deployment, or approval of the website.

Payments made for third-party services such as domains, hosting, plugins, themes, licenses, or other external services are generally non-refundable once purchased.

SEO, Social Media Management & Reddit SEO

For SEO, Social Media Management, Reddit SEO, and other ongoing services:

• If cancellation is requested before the service period begins, up to 90% may be refunded.
• If work has started, any refund will generally be based on the unused portion of the service and the work already completed.
• Work that has already been researched, created, scheduled, published, submitted, optimized, or otherwise completed will be deducted when determining any applicable refund.
• Once a substantial portion of the service period has been completed, the refund may be 25% or less, depending on the work performed.
• No refund will normally be available for a completed service period.

SEO and digital marketing results depend on numerous factors outside our control. We therefore do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, followers, engagement, leads, sales, or revenue unless expressly agreed to in writing.

General Refund Conditions

All refund requests must be submitted to info@mycondigitals.com with a clear explanation of the reason for the request.

Refunds may be reduced or denied where:

• Work has already been substantially completed.
• The client has approved concepts, designs, content, or other deliverables.
• The client has requested revisions based on delivered work.
• The client has substantially changed the original project requirements.
• The client has failed to provide required information, access, content, approvals, or feedback.
• The project has been completed according to the agreed requirements and the client has simply changed their mind.
• Third-party costs have already been incurred.

Any approved refund will be processed through an appropriate payment method and may be subject to applicable payment-processing or third-party charges.

We reserve the right to assess refund requests individually based on the circumstances of each project, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Revisions

Where revisions are included in a project, they must remain reasonably consistent with the original project brief and agreed scope.

Requests that substantially change the original direction, concept, functionality, or requirements may be considered additional work and may require an additional fee.

Clients are responsible for providing clear and timely feedback. Delays in feedback or approvals may affect project timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, access, credentials, approvals, and other materials required to complete a project.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any materials you provide to us, including text, images, logos, documents, data, and other content.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, unavailable access, delayed communication, or materials that have not been provided by the client.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our website, original content, processes, methods, templates, tools, systems, and pre-existing materials remain our property.

Ownership of final project deliverables specifically created for the client will transfer to the client after the applicable project has been fully paid for.

This transfer does not include third-party materials, software, fonts, plugins, stock assets, licenses, or other materials that remain subject to their respective owners' terms.

Our underlying methods, processes, know-how, templates, and pre-existing materials remain our property.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

With appropriate client permission or authorization, we may showcase completed work, client testimonials, business names, logos, screenshots, or case studies in our portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or marketing materials.

We will not intentionally disclose confidential client information without appropriate authorization.

Third-Party Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, domains, APIs, payment providers, search engines, social media platforms, or other external services.

We do not control the policies, pricing, availability, algorithms, functionality, or security of third-party services. We are therefore not responsible for changes, interruptions, account restrictions, algorithm changes, or other issues caused by third parties.

Additional work required because of changes or limitations imposed by third-party services may require an additional fee.

Service Results

We aim to provide professional and high-quality services; however, we do not guarantee specific business results unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Results may depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, search engine algorithms, social media algorithms, platform policies, technical issues, and client actions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill arising from the use of our website or services.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular service will be limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Confidentiality

We take reasonable steps to protect confidential business and project information shared with us.

Where a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement exists, that agreement will govern the applicable confidential information.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if a client violates these Terms, fails to meet their obligations, engages in unlawful activity, or creates a reasonable risk to our business, systems, employees, clients, or third parties.

If a project is terminated after work has begun, any applicable refund will be determined according to our Refund Policy and the circumstances of the termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable laws. Any specific governing law or jurisdiction agreed upon in a separate written agreement will take precedence over this section.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements.

When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Severability
